Following a since-deleted social media post from Trevian Kutti, Georgia co-defendant of former President Trump, The Messenger spoke with Knowles Gallant Timmons Partner Chris Timmons for insight on the potential ramifications of Kutti’s claim she’ll be Donald Trump’s next press secretary if he’s elected in 2024. Kutti also pleaded not guilty to state felony charges in connection with the harassment of Fulton County election workers, part of the grand jury indictment against Trump and 18 other co-defendants.
When asked about the prospect of witness tampering charges, Timmons, a Georgia trial attorney and former RICO prosecutor noted, “It certainly doesn’t help her case if she testifies. It adds bias if you think you’re going to get a position in the Trump administration.”
