disputes, contract issues, business torts and real estate conflicts across state and federal courts.
With over 15 years of litigation experience in both large and small firms, Karen offers clients a nuanced understanding of legal strategies and judicial perspectives. Her unique background includes serving as a staff attorney to multiple Georgia judges, providing her with rare insights into judicial decision-making
processes and courtroom dynamics.
Karen’s litigation approach combines meticulous legal analysis with strategic problem-solving,
effectively navigating complex commercial disputes through traditional litigation, mediation and
alternative dispute resolution platforms. Her ability to anticipate potential judicial perspectives enables

She has been a transformative leader in pro bono work, serving as chair of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) and was named Volunteer of the Year by the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta in 2024. Her dedication extends to local community leadership, including serving as PTA President for her children’s school and active involvement in her church’s Children and Family Ministries.
