Donald Trump has shared allegations that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had an “improper” relationship with a special prosecutor involved in the Georgia election interference case.

In a series of posts on Truth Social, the former president asked his followers if they had seen the “revelation” involving Willis which emerged in case filings from Michael Roman, one of 18 people indicted alongside Trump in Willis’ sprawling RICO investigation into alleged criminal attempts to overturn the 2020 election results.

Chris Timmons, a former Georgia prosecutor, told ABC News that if the claims are true, it won’t put any attempt to prosecute Trump or the other defendants in jeopardy, but it “might result in some disqualification of prosecutors moving forward.”
