Georgia Law News: The defendant in the Georgia election case is seeking dismissal of the charges based on an alleged clerical error by the prosecution

Georgia Law News shared comments from Knowles Gallant Partner Chris Timmons, a former Georgia prosecutor, on the alleged clerical error in the state’s RICO case against Kenneth Cheseboro. Cheseboro is a lawyer who allegedly wrote legal memos proposing use of so-called “alternative voters” to prevent Joe Biden from receiving 270 electoral votes in the 2020 election. He is scheduled to appear in Fulton County court on October 23.
