A seasoned business litigator with more than three decades of experience, Gross strengthens the firm’s capabilities in securities, corporate, financial and professional liability litigation, as well as internal investigations.

Gross has represented Fortune 100 companies, financial institutions, boards of directors, corporate officers, small businesses and entrepreneurs in cases involving financial fraud claims, shareholder and fiduciary duty disputes, corporate governance matters, antitrust class actions and business dissolutions. He frequently advises clients on compliance and risk management.

Gross has appeared in federal and state trial and appellate courts, before federal agencies, and in arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings. Prior to joining KGT, he was a partner and held senior roles at several national firms. He has also served as general counsel to three law firms. He began his career at a global New York law firm renowned for its commercial and international law practice.
Gross earned his J.D. from Yale Law School after graduating with Highest Distinction from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York, as well as before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 11th Circuits. He has been recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers and Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite and is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
