Partner Chris Timmons joined Erin Burnett OutFront on CNN to discuss the first televised hearing in former president Donald Trump’s election interference case in Georgia. Timmons, along with former special counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense Ryan Goodman, spoke about demands for a speedy trial and the potential removal of some defendants’ cases to federal court. From his extensive trial experience, Timmons pointed out the many potential logistical challenges the judge will also have to manage as the state’s case moves forward.
